2. Data Collection on Our Website

Server Log Files: When you visit our website, our hosting provider (Pixieset) automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These include: IP address, browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, and time of the server request. This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website).

Contact Form & Email: If you send us inquiries via the contact form or email, your details from the inquiry, including the contact details you provided there (Name, Email, Phone number, details of the photo shoot), will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract initiation).

3. Processing of Client Data & Photographs As a photography business, capturing and processing images is our core service.

• Photoshoots: Photographs taken during a booked session are processed to fulfill our contractual obligations (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

• Storage, Delivery & Client Galleries: For the hosting and delivery of your photos, we use Pixieset (Pixieset Media Inc.) as our data processor (Auftragsverarbeiter) which complies with GDPR standards. We provide you with a private, password-protected online gallery. To access the gallery, select photos, and download images, you are required to enter your email address and a password/PIN. We collect and store this data (email address, time of access, and download activity) to provide our contractual services, ensure the security of our copyrighted work, and document the delivery of the images. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (fulfillment of contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in securing our digital property).

• Publication: We only publish photos of our clients on our website, portfolio, or social media (Instagram/Facebook) if we have received explicit verbal or written consent from the client (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

4. Cookies

Our website uses so-called "cookies". These are small text files that are loaded onto your device via the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.
